Failed launch of India’s latest communication satellite
December 25, Indian Space Research Organization provided the photo of the carrier rocket GSLV-F06
December 25, carrier rocket carrying India’s communication satellite GSAT-5P exploded shortly after launch.
GSAT-5P, weighing about 2.3 tons, is India’s heaviest communication satellite, the design life is 12 years; its mission is to replace the communication satellite launched in 1999.
