Even in a sport of the very biggest men, Emanuel Yarbrough stands out above the rest. The American sumo wrestler is a staggering 6 ft 8 inch, 770 pounds and undoubtedly the heaviest sportsman in the world today. While most athletes need to be fast and agile, sumo wrestling is all about brute force and being able to push an opponent out of the ring.
