If Mark Anstice Can Get a Free Baby Monkey, Why Can’t We?
In online series The Adventure of Mark and His Monkey, Travel Channel personal and former British Army captain Mark Anstice is essentially handed a recently orphaned baby monkey. He nicknames her Gianna and becomes the ultimate doting dad, thus the inspiration behind the web series.The unplanned adoption occurred, apparently, while filming the Travel Channel series Mark and Olly: Living with the Machigenga, and while we imagine that the show is fascinating for its viewers, Urlesque chooses to focus less on anthropological case studies and more on BABY MONKEEEEEEYS!
