Killed Barangay councilor took a photo of murderer when he was shooting
New Year’s Eve, a Philippine Barangay councilor was photographing his family, but he was shot by the murderer behind his family. After falling dead, his family found the images of the killer from the camera in the pool of blood.
The right man is also the criminal suspect.

He was a “Barangay” (a district or the smallest administrative division in the Philippines) COUNCILOR. Don’t mislead and exaggerate the tragedy, do your homework first.
