Strange Animal Hybrids With Stupid Names
“Life is strange, animals are too,” says bizarre animal archiver, ‘Strange Hybrids In A Strange World‘ just before they present a gallery of animal hybrids that looks straight from the scrapbook of a safari through Photoshop land. I guess the animals themselves don’t look that imaginary – it’s just their names aren’t doing anything for their credibility. The Pumapard (to the left) — really? Sounds like a slur that cats call other slower cats on the playground. The wolphin? A new breed of animal or do just you have a speech impediment?
At least the zonkey (below) is far better than any of the other names this zebra-donkey hybrid is known by, especially deebra, which is like the exotic cousin of a Debra in the same way that the Madonna of today is the exotic English cousin of the so much more badass Madonna from our childhood.
