The photographs of Pripyat and the area surrounding the crippled Chernobyl reactor always evoke senses of sadness, fascination and dread. The people desecrating these historic and sacred places with ugly graffiti, should be jailed. These people are not artists; they are garden variety-vandals with no particular talents except their filigreed egos.
