The world’s most expensive mansion located in London was bought of the higher price to 80 million pounds by a wealthy woman from Ukraine. Only the facilities renovated mansion house, they spent 10 million pounds. This 5-layer-style building is located in south-west London, Kensington. A Ukrainian businesswoman and philanthropist Elena now is the owner. This transaction broke the previous Indian steel giant Lakshmi Mittal in Kensington Palace Gardens to the price of 67 million pounds to buy the mansion records. This 80 million pound of the mansion built an underground swim pool, gym, sauna rooms and movie theaters, only decoration costs as high as 10 million pounds. In addition, the mansion also includes at least 10 bedrooms, as well as there’s a central control hub similar to the movie "Panic Room".
