Night sky before the collision of the Milky Way and Andromeda

May 31, 2012, NASA released the renderings of the night sky before the collision of the Milky Way and Andromeda. It’s reported that, according to NASA, the Milky Way and Andromeda will start to collide after about 4 billion years, and ultimately become a new galaxy after 60 million years.
